How is your pricing structured?

Pricing differs both for the size of the bouquet as well as the type of flowers needed. See our structure here.

Do you offer wedding or event services?

Event services are always welcome and further details can be offered upon request. Please email us or give us a call for that information.

What is your refund/ cancellation policy?

As each product is customized per customer request, refunds are not given unless there are special circumstances. We welcome conversation however and base refunds/ order changes upon the situation. The cancellation policy is a 24 hour notice guarantee.

How are the flowers chosen for the bouquets?

Many of the bouquets are made custom to the need of the customer but may face seasonal limitations at times. We will always offer the most fresh available but many requests can be fulfilled as the need arises.

How do I care for my bouquet?
